The Macedonian authentic buffet with traditional music starts with pick-up by minibus or taxi at your accommodation (available for group larger than 10). You will be taken for a short drive through Skopje to the one of the most renown restaurants in Skopje Tri Biseri (established 1990) near the center of the city. As you arrive the friendly staff will welcome you with a shot of Rakija which is a traditional Macedonian brandy made from grape and Macedonian Pogacha.
