Dream Tours Japan was born out of the idea of giving people the feeling of being connected with the destination in every facet of the tour. Whether it be from the on board commentary, insights into daily Japanese life, historical and important information of each attraction, cultural experiences, Japanese food and drink tastings as well as personal opinions and facts about what it is truly life to live as an expat in this weird and wonderful country we call Japan. It is my belief that only a Private Tour consisting of a small numbers of members can create this important connection that will stay with us for the rest of our lives!

Kickstart Nagasaki With A Local: Private & Personalized

Kickstart Nagasaki With A Local: Private & Personalized

With your host playing the role of GPS and guidebook, you’ll get to grips with an area of central Nagasaki. Jostle your way through the crisscrossing lanes of the oldest Chinatown in Japan, and learn to appreciate Nagasaki’s rich port history in Higashiyamato and Dejima. See the 400-year old Meganebashi (spectacles) Bridge, Fukusai-ji temple, rebuilt after WWII as a mausoleum for fallen Japanese soldiers, and the European-style Oura Cathedral and Dutch Slope – a stone-paved street with the former Western-style residences of foreign traders. Within 24 hours after booking you'll receive a short questionnaire about your personality and interests. Based on your responses, you'll be assigned a like-minded host. Your host will communicate with you directly to suggest an itinerary to help you discover what makes the city unique. You will also agree on a meeting time and place. Nagasaki City and Shimabara Peninsular Sightseeing Tour

Nagasaki City and Shimabara Peninsular Sightseeing Tour

Tours are our forte. My philosophy is to provide customized flexible tours around Nagasaki for smaller groups unlike the big tour operators, who are only concerned amount how many people they can get and not the quality or content of their tours. Packaged tours offer no flexibility and a regimented get off get on time requirement and there is nothing more frustrating than waiting for a fellow passenger to come back to the bus on the time allocated. We allows our clients to stay as short or a long as they like at a particular venue in order to maximize their enjoyment. It is this type of tour that will leave you feeling fully satisfied at days end.

Nagasaki's Hidden Gems: Private & Personalized Walking Experience

Nagasaki's Hidden Gems: Private & Personalized Walking Experience

Move from the city’s internationally-influenced neighborhoods in the south to its traditional Japanese districts further north and see how cultures in Nagasaki conflate rather than clash. Follow your host past stone-paved Dutch Slope, seek out Daion Ji temple’s statue of a Buddha and child, and explore the old Chinese residential district. Visit landmarks with secrets of their own, like Daitoku-ji temple’s great camphor tree (with a temple tucked away between the branches) and listen to legends of samurai warriors at the Teramachi cemetery. Within 24 hours after booking you'll receive a short questionnaire about your personality and interests. Based on your responses, you'll be assigned a like-minded host. Nagasaki Half-Day Private Tour with Nationally-Licensed Guide
"I highly recommend. The website was easy to use. After paying, I was hooked up directly with my guide via email. We communicated via email and LINE to coordinate the morning’s itinerary and logistics. All of that worked perfectly. My guide, Yoshiko Hattori, showed up on time at my hotel. She was very friendly, knowledgeable, and adaptable to my preferences. This is not a canned tour, but a custom designed itinerary to serve your particular interests. Yoshi was able to put together a morning that included many of the primary historical sites I was interested in visiting, and she was helpful to me in pointing the way to visit more places on my own. I wanted to do most of my tour on foot and street car, which she was able to accommodate, but if taxi is preferred, that can be arranged as well. In short, a very enjoyable morning spent with a very pleasant person who shared much about Nagasaki from a personal perspective."..."
