The Basics

With so many attractions packed in, Downtown Nashville deserves a prominent spot on any itinerary in the city. While the neighborhood is easily explored on foot, you can also hop in a horse and carriage for a tour of attractions like the Johnny Cash Museum and Tennessee State Capitol. Night owls can experience the best of downtown aboard a BYOB open-air party bus as it cruises through Lower Broadway and Downtown Nashville.

Excellent tour
Best tour to take. A great way to get your bearings and an overview of the downtown area. Tour was not only informative but a lot of fun. Ryan was animated with personality plus and is the most energetic guide I have every seen. I highly recommend this tour.

Downtown Nashville Guided Sightseeing Walking Tour
We’ve lived in the Nashville area for 40 years and decided to take this tour with visiting friends. We still learned new things, particularly information at the Capitol. Loved the walk through Tootsie’s. Ryan was energetic and entertaining.

Nashville Public Party Bus Experience with Bartender and DJ
This was the most amazing experience in Nashville. I was celebrating my 21st birthday and I could not think of a better way to do it. Key was our bartender and he really helped keep the party lively and was great at interacting with us. Five stars doesn’t even do this experience justice ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Great experience, great host and pilot!! Worth it! My friend is afraid of heights and handled it well. Not shaky or Rocky like we thought. Amazing experience.

When to Get There

To get a feel for Downtown Nashville, plan to visit during the day to take in the cultural attractions and again at night to experience the famous nightlife. There’s live music pretty much every night of the week, but it’s a good idea to take a look at who’s playing beforehand and get tickets, if necessary.
