Ticket prices for the Throne of Helios are similar to movie tickets, with discounts for children. While you can buy them at the cinema itself, it’s worth prebooking online, particularly during the European summer peak season (late June, July, and August) and around Easter (both Western and Orthodox). There are just 49 seats in the auditorium, so tickets get booked up fast.
TheThrone of Helios movie lasts around 20 minutes, whileThe Rhodes Race runs a little over five minutes. A few Rhodes tours, particularly family-focused ones, include a screening of the movies.

How to Get There
The Throne of Helios is conveniently positioned in the heart of Rhodes Town, a little back from the Mandraki Harbor waterfront, just south of the Church of the Annunciation (Evangelismos Church). It’s an easy walk from the eastern, western, and urban bus stops, which connect around Rhodes Town and the island proper.
When to Get There
During the summer season (roughly, July through November), screenings run half-hourly throughout the day, from morning until late in the evening. During winter, there are fewer screenings. Morning and midafternoon showings get booked up well in advance during high season.
