The Basics

Singapore has activities and options to suit most travelers, from vast shopping complexes around Orchard Road to charming colonial districts, temples, and culinary hotspots, such as Chinatown. Cruises and guided tours are popular ways to enjoy the above with ease.

However, shore excursions are also popular for first-time visitors who want to visit Batam, Singapore Zoo, the Botanical Gardens, or the Bukit Timah Nature Reserve. You can’t miss the spectacular Gardens by the Bay either; with so much to see and do, it’s worth building in time before or after departure to fully explore the country.

So refreshing when a company does...
So refreshing when a company does exactly what they say they will do. We used their services for Airport to Hotel, Hotel to Cruise terminal, Cruise terminal to hotel, and Hotel to airport. Never had to wait a minute for any ride, sign held up for our recognition perfectly, drivers helpful and pleasant. The vans were clean and comfortable. Couldn't have asked for better services. Prices were reasonable, also.

We booked Viator for a pick up at the Cruise Center to a Singapore Hotel. The person was waiting for us with a board containing my name. He was parked nearby and immediately brought us to our hotel without any problems.

Our driver was waiting for us as we exited immigration at the Kai Tak Cruise Terminal. He helped us with our luggage and took us directly to our hotel. We couldn’t have asked for better service.

Singapore Transfer: Singapore Cruise Centre to Hotel
I really did not use the service: confusion on my part. I wanted to write a review because the company called me at my hotel to make sure I was OK! They wanted to make sure they could do anything to make up for the missed connection. I truly appreciated the call and the concern. Everyone should know that this service really cared enough to follow-up with me. It was all my fault.
