A beautiful day with the Trolls (Trollstigen and Trollveggen)

Danny our tour guide provided great local knowledge and live commentary throughout our trip. Our bus driver also did a fantastic job navigating the tight turns along the Troll road. A big thank you to both. The 8 hours flew by with the stunning sights and appropriate photo stops along the way. We did not have the lunch included package which allowed extra flexibility at each stop and we even had a quick city tour before being dropped off at the end of the trip. A great day out.

Excursion was excellent! The guide was excellent in her knowledge of the area, suggestions to assist us in seeing Norway in our limited time, etc. In general, it was by far our best excursion for a 14 day cruise with lots of excursions. WE WERE VERY PLEASED!

Beautiful scenery. We had an excellent guide, young lady named Iga who is fluent in English and speaks at least four languages. Driver also spoke English and stopped for photo shoots whenever he was asked to, if he could park the bus. I recommend this trip.

Great Excursion

This was a great excursion at a fraction of the cost the cruise-line was offering. It was definitely a full day with a very good guide. Tour bus was comfortable and the driver did a great job driving on some VERY curvy roads. If you easily get motion sickness I recommend taking something for it before boarding the bus.

Terrible guide

If this is not the worst tour guide on the planet,  she is tied for the title. This was a big bus tour of the areas surrounding Alesund. We saw countryside,  waterfall, and troll stuff. The driver did a fine job navigating the troll road and got us safely back, in time. No wifi on 8 hour bus trip. The tour guide, Iga,  was terrible. We learned nothing about Norway, even though this was our first port stop in Norway. We learned nothing about Alesund,  even though that was our port. We learned nothing about the legend of the trolls. We have no idea who the trolls are or why they exist,  even though we saw a wall called the troll wall and were on a road called the troll road. We did hear lots of stories (at least a hours worth) about Bergen even though we were not in Bergen.  We also heard about Prince Harry  and Meghan, Steve Jobs, and a rich Saudi Prince. And lots of other stories and comments that had nothing to do with Norway, Alesund  or anything we were seeing. She was late for boarding the bus when all the passengers were standing by the bus, locked out,  and she was enjoying coffee with the driver 10 minutes past the time she assigned to leave. She took us on a tour of Alesund at the end of the tour even after pretty much everyone on the bus was shouting NO, go back to the port. Listening to your customers is obviously not her strength. Worst tour guide ever.

Do not hesitate to use them if you are a cruise passenger. Way better value than what you get from the ship.
