We had to call in a day before and confirm the pickup time and place. The van that showed up for pickup was punctual i.e for us it was 8:45. You have to be patient while the van picks up the rest of the group. This was good in a way to get to know people and exchange smiles, to start off with. Once our van was full, we went to a common meeting place on the outskirts of the city where others had arrived in separate vans. We had a cup of tea, got some snacks, changed into shorts and off we went in range rovers in groups of 8, a total of 9 jeeps. Throughout the safari, we had water fights, some dance and music and a scenic view and some taste of the rugged mountains. Free lunch and tea is offered as well. People of all ages and nationalities had a fun filled day. The drivers and the group operator were young, energetic and very friendly. They went out of their way to make sure that everyone enjoyed themselves. Very well organized and must be on your bucket list.
