Let down by Viator and their suppliers.

We searched for tour by date because we were in Avignon only on the Sunday. Viator sold of a ticket for a named Sunday at a set time.
We arrived at the prescribed time for the tour and no turned up and the shop was shut.
In the window was a notice saying no tours on Sunday.
Three times we have been let down by Viator in France in three days.
Appalling.

Our tour was disappointing. Although the bus traveled along what was probably an interesting route however at least half of the guide connections on the top of the bus did not work so we didn’t know what we were seeing.

The female tour guide is very helpul and freindly. The bus is high quality, clean. The each destination always on time. The informations on bus so much that you could be find out anything for trip in avignon and neibourgh areas
