We r very thankful to I M Himalaya team specially Arpana &Arbin. They delivered exactly what they promised. Innova, beautiful resorts & hotels were booked by them earlier and we didnt have issue in check in process anywhere. Even Arpana ma'am received our call at night and arranged addl. vehicle to our need for early morning. We 're 5 families but she was ready to help everytime. Even in every evening, we get msgs "how was the day, how you enjoyed etc" which was again a very positive gesture from their side what we liked very much. They are very caring. And I definitely recommend I M Himalaya for any trip. Even we did our payment little later but we didn't have to compromise anywhere. We enjoyed every place of Sikkim and Darjeeling. They have booked the best properties in interior place in North Sikkim. We have visited Gangtok, North Sikkim, South Sikkim, Darjeeling in 10 days trip. Don't miss North & South Sikkim as they are heaven in earth. Weather must support your dates.
