Neil is awesome! I think other tour guides should be taking a tour with him to learn more about how a truly professional and knowledgeable guide should be. He is extremely knowledgeable and very professional. Very patient with questions as well.

My father and my friend went on the tour yesterday July 13 and it was great. I think her name was ANak. She was super awesome and she really knows her stuff. She kept things interesting and it was actually my dads favourite part of our whole trip. I would do the tour again but wish we had the same driver.

Introduction to Banff and its Wildlife
MaryP1717
, Oct 2019
We were picked up by Nick, our guide for the morning. He had lots of interesting information about the town of Banff and its wildlife. We went to Bow Falls, saw the magnificent Banff Fairmont Hotel and learned about rebuilding of the hotel. We did see some elk and heard about the habits of bears getting ready for hibernation. Nick introduced us to cream maple cookies, which we all enjoyed.

A little more wildlife and a little less guide

Was totally underwhelmed by guide who behaved like an over enthusiastic puppy. From start to finish non stop with her inane babbling. I’m sorry to say she ruined the trip. Thoroughly enjoyed seeing the elk on the golf course, wonderful sighting.

Nice for a first idea of Banff

Dont expect to much from this tour, it gives you a good first overview and nice stopps but not much more. If you are lucky you see some wildlife as we did but the short stops at lake and waterfall is not much more then a foto stopp. Had a good and funny driverguide but if you really want to get to know banff and the region better choose a real wildlife, hiking tour or similar. This is more a first driver around some spots just to give you a idea. For this its almost to expensive.

This is a great tour for first time visitors. It gives one an idea what to see. The tour guide Nicole was great and we got to see so much in 4 hours.
