We had an amazing daytrip to Baalbek and Anjar! The Roman ruins in Baalbek were absolutely stunning and not to missed if you are travelling to Lebanon. We had a lovely and informative driver named Jeyhad The only reason for a 4 star review is that our daytrip had to be rearranged. Apparently it is quite common for violence in the area and understandably our daytrip couldn’t go ahead. Luckily we had a free day to rearrange the trip to

our Flight was late evening on this day, so instead of paying extra time to the hotel, we decided to take this tour to do time. This was the best decision. The company is very responsable and profesional. We were picked up at our hotel on time. These attractions are a must to see if you are in Lebanon. We were able to see them in our own time, we were never hurry up or harassed to go back to the vehicle. At the end, the driver took us to the airport to take our flight on time. Transport not tour

Really dissapointed. This was transport not a tour. No information was given about the sites before we visited them and lack of English made things challenging. No water or cake was provide and we also visited the Syrian Boarder which was unexpected and potentially dangerous. The boss then came to speak to us and he was seemed to misunderstand what we wanted and blamed the driver when it was not all his fault. The information on the website viator is not correct as Balbeek is one stop not two and tgis lead to massive confusion. He offered a guided tour around Balbeek and the entrance fee to make us happy , but we did not want a full guided tour. I would not recommend these guys to anyone. Use Dave Lebanon DMC who are amazing.
