Meet your guide in central Belfast and soak up the scenery on the drive through the Glens of Antrim. After a short stop for photos at Carrickfergus Castle, continue along the rugged Antrim Coast to reach the first stop of the day – the famous Carrick-a-Rede Rope Bridge.

Brave a walk across the historic rope bridge (March-Oct only; extra cost), which passes 100ft (30m) over the Atlantic Ocean and connects the coastal cliffs of Northern Ireland to Carrick-a-Rede Island.

Next, enjoy free time to explore the Giant’s Causeway, Northern Ireland’s only UNESCO World Heritage site. Snap photos of the extraordinary natural wonder as you clamber over its unusual basalt columns and look out over the windswept coast. Be sure to ask your guide how the Giant’s Causeway got its name too – Irish mythology tells stories of a giant named Finn MacCool.

After strolling along the Giant’s Causeway, stop for lunch at one of the coastal restaurants (own expense), before starting the journey back to Belfast. Along the way, stop to roam the ruins of the seafront Dunluce Castle, and hear how the medieval castle was used as a filming location for Game of Thrones.

After an action-packed day, end your tour back in central Belfast.

Fantastic coach trip
, Jul 2021
This tour was excellent. We stopped off at various places like the Dark Hedges from Game of Thrones and others. The coastal drive was beautiful and the seaside towns along the way. We stopped at the Giants Causeway and had a guided tour on a beautiful summers day. The coach was air conditioned and spotlessly clean. Great driver and guide too.

Our tour guide was very clear, informative and good sense of humour. He looked after everyone and gave us loads if interesting info and good clear advice about timings. We did a trip which merged the causeway and GOT tours. Saw alsorts had a great lunch at the place he booked and enough time in each place Would thoroughly recommend. It was also safely risk assessed.
Amazing day out!

A full day of beauty, history and adventure! Very good value for money. Lovely, informative tour guide. Some stops are quite short (but this is to fit in so many views into one day). If you're susceptible to losing track of time, the tour guide will make sure you're not left behind.
Great day tour to giant's causeway.

Paul was our guide and we had a wonderful day touring with him. He shared lots of cultural and historic information as well as personal experience with the areas visited. He has a great sense of humor. All this put together with some awesome sights gave us a fantastic tour experience. We are also especially glad we booked the tour that traveled on the coast road. It was a beautiful scenic drive. The weather was quite fickle- alternating all day from periods of sunshine, rain, sleet and lots of cold wind- but somehow almost everytime we got off the bus, the sun came out for just long enough to enjoy the sights. Thanks Paul!
Great day!

Even though the weather was dreadful, this tour was wonderful. Our guide was funny and could tell you everything you'd want to know about all the locations at the stops we made. All the locations and scenery were too beautiful for words. I wasn't brave enough to cross the rope bridge, because of the wind and rain, but others in our group were! The Giant's causeway is every bit as good as you'd expect, and the little stop we made at Ballintoy harbour was so charming. The tour was well timed and made it so easy to see 4 or 5 amazing sites in one day.
