Okay tour,

Please beware that when you purchase tickets on Viator for this attraction, you have to redeem the voucher for your ticket, which means finding the ticket booth . In our case we had to walk a mile to get the tickets, when a stop was near our hotel... in the rain.

Not Worth the Cost

We went on this tour on a Monday. About 75% of the stops/sites were closed, & neither the company or guides informed us of that. We would get off at a closed site, & either have to run to catch another trolley stop (sometimes over a mile away), or wait in a dead zone for about 30 min for the next. When dropped off, there was little time to explore or enjoy the area, because there’s no way to track when the trolleys will come. This experience was not worth how expensive it was & I wish I could get my money back. I would not recommend this service, in Boston.

"Hop On-Hop Off" Trolley Bus a MUST do!

, Oct 2020
Our Tour Guide/Driver "BATMAN" was awesome!! His great personality and knowledge is great, especially for "first-timers" to Boston. The bus stops seemed to be in good areas to get-off and explore. We took the 2-day ticket, with the Harbor Boat Ride included, it's a MUST do...terrific!
icon Response from Host , Oct 2020
We are thrilled you had an terrific time aboard the trolley. We will be sure to share your awesome words about Batman to him and the entire team. Thank you for sharing your experience. We hope to see you again.

Money and Time well spent

Driver/Guides were friendly and helpful. Wait time at stops were brief. Enjoyed seeing the city and hearing history without fighting traffic or finding parking spots. Very knowledgeable. Trolleys were clean. Social distancing and masks were followed. Worth the money. Would go again! Only complaint which isn’t with the company ; cost of parking! $40 for 80 minutes or longer. Nothing available for disabled. Wish we would have taken a Lyft instead of driving from hotel.

Horrible
Kristy_D
, Oct 2020
We were not able to use our tickets. We waited through 3 trollies at stop #14 and each one was “full”. We couldn’t get on as a group of 4. Total waste of money. Extremely upset we spent that much money for literally no reason.
icon Response from Host , Oct 2020
I was sorry to read you were delayed because our trolleys were full. We offer a satisfaction guarantee located on the customer service page of our website.

Good but needs updating

Wiggles was great. Boston eh not so much. I found the city underwhelming. They also only have 15 stops, not 18 on the main tour. The MFA Boston is listed as stop 10 but it’s really far and we needed an uber from stop 10. Not a bad tour, but not a fantastic one either.
icon Response from Host , Oct 2020
Thank you for the kind words about Wiggles. We will be sure to share your comments with the whole team.
