Not quite the hype I was hoping for.

I would give a better review if we didn't wait for 2 1/2 hours which no one told us about. The staff was not very friendly and there really wasn't a view. You went straight down and didn't get to experience any landscaping or going thru the trees. However, being able to ride an elevator up and not have to walk stairs was definitely a plus.
