Dear customer, the price include drop off at the centrally located hotel. Also as the exception we have provided you a pick up from Bratislava main train station. One more think about the drop off, the guide was willing to guide to Bratislava train station on foot, but you declined it, you demanded at 16h00 pm ONE HOUR after the tour to be transferred to the hotel. We consider your bad review as "shipping" for a discount and partial refund, what is not fair, because I received the service what you booked. We wish you a pleasant day. Luba was a wonderful guide who shared an amazing amount of history, gave it context, and also added her own personal experiences to the tour in a way that was interesting but not intrusive. She was thoughtful about the things we expressed an interest in, and gave us time to really absorb various stops. It was such a pleasure to see Bratislava from her eyes.

Tour was good albeit slightly uninspiring. At times I felt the guide was a little too caught up/preoccupied with planning the sequence of sights to visit along with the time, and this caused her guiding to appear a bit more robotic with a slight lack of human touch to it.
