Chef Naomi was very knowlegeable about the local area and took us to see a checken farm and meet the owner and hear about egg production, a gentleman who had a ssffron priduction and the truffle farm where we met the owners and Chef Naomi made us the most incredible meal. I recommend this tour to anyone who wants to learn about seed to table and the local area.
