Great experience and very safe! Only complaint would be the pictures. U can't purchase just 1 and if u don't purchase, they will not take pics with your personal phone/camera.

First of all staff were awesome and friendly to my girlfriend and I. Now for the experience it was awesome and staff made us feel safe and secure. The parasailing experience was so much fun and would recommend to all my friends. They had taken good pictures and video of our experience it was a must to purchase the pictures and video and for a good price.

From the moment we were picked up from our hotel, we couldn't have had a better experience! Dropped us off and got checked in, where every employee there was beyond helpful and so nice! Had the most amazing time parasailing and made so many great memories! Make sure you definitely get the pictures and video! So worth it!!! Thank you all again for making our Cancún trip one to remember!!

This was an awesome adventure. Nothing to complain about here. Process went smooth. Took my own pictures. We were the only 2 on our boat to go up so that made it even better. I didnt have to share my time with others...lol

Everything went well. Be prepared to pay $10 for the fee. Expect to be picked up from the hotel areas to the site to catch a boat back to the hotel area. Wish the site was closer to the hotel area. My friend and I went solo so we can take our own pictures instead of paying $70 for their photos/videos.
