Overcrowded. The boat just goes to and fro near the shore causing it to sway constantly and so many people were throwing up. No guaranteed sight of whales. All we saw was a few baby dolphins which was good but the 3 hour trip in the sun just to watch a few was a waste of time. To me, the worst part was some of crew members were very rude to passengers. I didn’t have a problem but one of the guys was very rude to a couple with a toddler. It is ok to advice them once or twice but nitpicking on them was so annoying even to strangers like me. I would not recommend this place. It is waste of time and money.

It was 3 hours close to the beach where we were staying, we never went far enough to see the whale 🐋. Save some money and just stand at the beach and watch the dolphins. Staff was rude. I don’t have kids but this is not for kids it will get bored. Not music, not entertaining at all.

Our 3 hour cruise was truly enjoyable - just don’t rely on seeing whales. This is my second trip and I still haven’t spotted any! I do wish they would offer a voucher for a return trip if no whales are spotted…
Still, if you want to enjoy a beautiful day on the ocean - this is the trip for you.
