Dinner cruise on Cartagena's bay with Sibarita Master

I had a bad experience at the pre-board for this cruise and I was going to give it a very LOW rating for that BUT; after considering all things, the cruise itself and dinner were GREAT!! Very Good music and food, Very NICE BOAT and overall very good service once on board. I would have rated 5 STARS BUT; after getting to the location 30min sooner that requested (we were the only persons at the gate waiting to get in), we ended up getting on the boat 'Next To Last' because the Cruise Boat workers there did not know how to organize the crowd so; people that arrived very late were allowed to board before we were!!!! If they handed out numbers to people as they entered the area with the seats where you wait to board, they would not have this problem!! We were 1st to enter and I counted 25 people allowed to get on board before we were allowed. We waited patiently and was told several times to ' just be seated and wait' BUT; everyone who got in their face and demanded to be allowed on board was allowed to board immediately. So, with all of that being said, as long as they are not issuing boarding numbers; DO NOT WAST YOUR TIME GETTING THEIR EARLY AS, YOU WILL NOT GET ON ANY SOONER WHICH MEANS ALL OF THE GOOD SEATS WILL BE GONE AND YOU MAY NOT SIT TOGETHER WITH THE PERSON YOU CAME WITH IF THE BOAT IS ALMOST FULL. WHEN THEY DECIDE TO USE NUMBERS ISSUED UPON ARRIVAL FOR BOARDING I WILL BOOK THIS CRUISE AGAIN BUT UNTIL THAT TIME; I WILL NOT!! As an FYI.... I travel to Cartagena at least 4 to 6 times each year and I have been on every cruise (dinner or not) offered there and this is the first time I have had an experience such as this. The customer service problem with the boarding process can be fixed with the above suggestion for less than $5 for index cards with numbers! IF YOUR COMPANY IS HAPPY WITH 3 OR LESS STARS THEN KEEP DOING WHAT YOU ARE CURRENTLY DOING AND I ASSURE YOU THAT YOU WILL START TO SEE DROPS IN THE STAR RATINGS!!

Very relaxing . The food and wine was very good. Music was awesome . English & Spanish which I really appreciated. The views were the best

This was such a wonderful trip the music the staff I don't speak Spanish and was able to get staff that understand me which is a plus for me the food omgggggg my taste bud was happy, it was rainy boat was still able leave on time .Also i was there solo and did not feel left out great job staff

The service was great and the food was good except for the dessert. However, the atmosphere was far from lively. It was more like a quiet restaurant on water.

This was a great experience. Would highly recommend this romantic 2 hour cruise. The wine was good, the food was also tasty. We enjoyed the beautiful views of the city. Just make sure you find your boat because they leave promptly. Also, bring cash to pay the small dock tax and tip the staff.

We had a wonderful dinner cruise. The staff were attentive and the multi corse meal with wine could not have been better. Lots of food choices and everything very fresh. The eggplant Parmesan was particularly good as were the appetizers. Highly recommend this tour for a couple hours of pure enjoyment.

Cambiaron la hora y no me quieren hacer el reembolso , adelantaron la salida y no pude ir , me dańaron mis vacaciones y no me devuelven el dinero
