Staff was pleasant and helpful. Wer ate able to get drinks and use the restroom during the boat ride. Fantastic city view just long enough ride but not to longthat we'r would have gotten bored. Will do again.

This was an absolutely awesome experience. I travel to the area for work periodically - this trip I was able to bring my wife and our 3 children. We chose the 7:30 trip which started just after dark. The city lights and bustle was and experience second to none!!! This is a must do for any traveler wanting beautiful scenery and learn about some amazing history and building facts along the river.

This Architecture Boat ride was the last stop on our trip and I have to say, nobody should go to Chicago without experiencing this! We went to the night ride and the amazing lights from the buildings were everything! The tour guide was awesome and that really made our trip magical!

The tour does not follow any social distancing guidelines whatsoever. It was overcrowded from the line to enter to the actual boat. Not everyone was wearing a mask. Aside from this, I was given a hard time because I did not purchase a ticket for my 3 year old child (which was not required) they made us wait until everyone got one to let us on to see if there was extra room for my 3 year old. Because we were last to get on, there were not enough seats for my family to sit together. We ended up sitting on the bottom deck where the view was obstructed. I will not be returning.
