Love Miguel and Loved the tour

We booked directly with Viator instead of choosing a NCL excursion on Cozumel. Our guide was Miguel, who was wonderful. Our group was 4 ladies, age 55-75. The jeep was new with AC. One of our ladies drove, and had a blast, following Miguel. We wanted to skip the Tequilla Factory, but were very glad we did not. Very interesting, delicious...no hard pressure to buy, but we did buy several bottles. Try the chocolate and the coffee! We saw beautiful beaches, crocodiles, Mayan ruin, eco park, downtown Cozumel. We Did a little shopping in Cozumel, but when we were ready to leave Miguel was right there. Miguel was so informative and kind. Responded to every request with a smile. Tortugas Cozumel was a great Beach Bar with it's own beach. Lunch was included and was wonderful. The servers were as nice as Miguel. Band, break dancers, and margueritas. We laughed and laughed. And again, Miguel was always available. He reserved four beach loungers, where we relaxed for an hour. Water was a little cold and the shore was a little too rocky for us, but not for the younger people. One of our ladies had a massage there, also arranged by Miguel (extra charge). If we were in Cozumel, we would definitely do the same tour. Only improvements would be clearer directions to the pick up spot. Hard to find the meeting point with all the shops. And less walking back to the ship. We were let off behind the shopping area which was a long walk back to the ship. Two of our ladies had some difficulty with the distance, our beach bags, and shopping items.
