Tour operator was well organised, provided safe and punctual drivers, detailed briefing for each stage of the trip, and a clean, smart hotel. All booking and options were explained clearly and the host was available on call for any further questions. The tour guide, Vicki, was marvellous. Very personable and engaging, knowledgable and stayed with us far longer than expected in order to ensure we saw all the areas of the site.
