Cooking Class In Cusco

Excellent experience had by me and my 17 year old son. We went to the Cusco market for food for our class ingredients. This open market blew me away and I could have spent hours milling about. We sampled fruits, bread and cheese and we help prepare our meal. I learned how to make Pisco Sour and traditional Ceviche. The chef and staff were phenomenal. My 17 year old enjoyed the class despite not being a fan of fish he tried everything and enjoyed preparing the food. I highly recommend this experience to anyone who visits Cusco.

- great history of peruvian food - very knowledgable in healthy benefits of ingredients - took us to both local and tourist markets and showed us fruits, snacks and drinks of local which we brought back and tried back in his class - very open to questions and conversations - class was great for both experience anx unexperienced cooks - cooking classroom was extremely clean and great for taking pictures!

We had the pleasure of attending this class and market tour at the end of October and had a such a great time! The market tour was really interesting and we got to sample some treats. The cooking class was educational and fun and we enjoyed it immensely. Every student got to take part in the cooking and no one was left out. Would definitely recommend!

The market tour was fantastic and a great way to learn more about all the different areas within the massive market. Ronal showed us which vendors to get the best prices and quality items. In the kitchen, Ronal shared awesome cooking tips and the kitchen/eating space has a great vibe. Would 10/10 recommend!

We had such a fun time in our tour. We visited the market where we learned about it's history. He explained how the market works and all of the different things you can buy there. After buying all our ingredients, we headed back to the kitchen and made some Pisco Sours and ceviche.
