Excellent course!!! We loved that it was self-guided, too. This was our first time doing this type of course and it was extremely challenging! Zip Lines were fun, not too scary, but ropes course, wow!!!! Amazing! Our 11 year old daughter loved it, but she is VERY athletic. This course is not for the timid. We did both and chose the advanced course.

This was fun despite the heights we were at. We enjoyed the 2-3 hours we were there as we got used to height and courses. Training was easy to understand as well to ensure our own safety.

We (1 adult, 2 teens, 1 11 year old) did the Full Combo (course 1 & 2). Definitely get there early, we were a few minutes late & had to get bumped to the next group, fortunately there was room. We all had a really great time and I'd definitely recommend this as a fun & exciting thing to do, but NOT for anyone who's afraid of heights! It took us a solid 2 hours & I felt that we moved fairly fast through the course, we were the first group in our larger group to go. You come down for a short break after course 1 & it would have been really nice if they had had water for us at that point, it gets hot up there in those trees!

I was not aware that this was a "do it yourself" zip line course because my first experience in Jamaica was instructor assisted. The course proved to be too much for me but my partner thoroughly enjoyed it.
