Convenience is worth every Penny

Whenever we travel international we get transfer service from the airport to hotel when we arrive. It is more expensive than a normal cab ride (about 3x higher). It is worth every penny. After a long day of traveling, its easier to just get off the plane, get your luggage and head out. They are right at the exit with your name on a board. On time, very professional, they take you right to their car. No need to try to figure out where to go or where to find a taxi. I will use them every time we come to Dubai.

Agent was waiting for us as we came out of Customs. Walked us to car park and introduced drive. Driver also very good, highlighted some of the new developments in Dubai as we headed to our hotel. Return driver, to Airport equally excellent, 6:30AM pick up and he walked into hotel at 6:15 as I was walking to reception to check out. Absolutely no problems with either trip.

Simplest way to get to your Hotel when tired

As you would expect, the tour representative greets you as you exit immigration and then organizes for the driver to come and escort you to the car. The driver also helped with some of the luggage. We talked to the driver during our trip and he freely answered all our questions about the history of the area and a few local customs. He also orientated us as to locations of our local train station and other tourist attractions.

So pleased that we prearranged this transfer upon arrival. It was Hot and sticky and a huge line for a taxi. Our transfer vehicle was spotless and clean and fairly new. The drivers accent was very strong, so difficult to understand him, but he really tried hard to give us some information about Dubai during our trip.

Our flight was delayed because of the snowstorm but we were assured that the flight will be monitored so they will know when we will arrive in Dubai airport. We were grateful that a representative was there waiting for us to bring us to the hotel since it was already midnight when we finally arrived. Our driver was excellent, he answered all our questions like a tour guide.
