  • Mosques & Palace have very strict dress codes: women must wear long loose clothing, and ensure their arms and legs are fully covered. Women are also required to cover their heads at all times. For Mosque visit a long Abaya with scarf (long black dress attire) will be provided by the tour operator if needed which must be returned back; Men must not show above their knees and must cover their shoulders. Failure to do so will be a refused entry. The tour operator cannot provide any clothing for men
  • Tattoos must be covered
  • It is not possible to visit the Sheikh Zayed Mosque during any Islamic festival.
  • The duration of this tour will be between 8 and 9 hours, depending on traffic
  • It is not recommended to book this tour on Friday if you have a return flight on the same day, as the drop-off time is dependent on traffic and can not be guaranteed.
  • Lunch not included - you will be given time for lunch at Marina Mall, Carrefour or Food court OR The full Corniche view restaurant (at your own expense). Restaurants will not be available during the month of Ramadan (23 April to 23 May 2020), it is recommended to carry some snacks with you.
  • Infants must sit on laps
  • Infant seats available
  • During any Presidential Events, Qasr Al Watan might shut down to the public without any previous announcements as it is a national palace, however, it will be replaced with Qasr Al Hosn or Heritage Village (whichever available on that day)
  • There is a shuttle bus service to the entrance from the main gate of the palace
  • Guided tours are not allowed within the palace; your guide will narrate important information about the palace before the visit
  • ANNOUNCEMENT: As per the national government of Abu Dhabi Qasr Al Watan (PRESIDENTIAL PALACE) will be closed from 10th November until 16th November 2019
  • The pickup time will be from 8:00 AM to 8:45 AM. Please be ready at the hotel lobby by 8:00 AM. On Fridays, you will be picked up from 10:30 AM to 11:15 AM
  • Most travelers can participate

Wonderful tour and our tour guide was excellent. He was very informative and nice. And Abu Dhabi was remarkable. You have to see it in person because words and pictures cannot do the Mosque any justice.

This was certainly one of my best experiences in the UAE. Our guide Rizwan was very eloquent, articulate and kept us engaged the entire time. We were picked up from our hotel promptly and started on our journey to Abu Dhabi in a very comfortable and air-conditioned vehicle. Along the trip, he provided us very interesting information about the history of the UAE and its landmarks. He was also very kind and patient to take pictures at the different sites. Seemed like everywhere he went, people knew him and that speaks to his character as a very good-natured individual. The mosque and palace were just mind-blowing. You spend the entire time just awe-struck. The Etihad towers are an architectural masterpiece and you can see most of the city from the observatory deck as well. I look forward to going back to the UAE in the near future and this guided tour was well worth it. I HIGHLY recommend.

Excellent experience! We have found the whole visit well planned - you have enough time in each stop, there is time to enjoy the views and take pictures. It is also not too intense and heavy on the day. Our guide Haseeb has shared a lot of history and facts about the Emirates, the city and the locations we were visiting, making it a truly memorable and joyful experience. It was a small group (15 people), which also made it an easy and cozy ride. We recommend take this tour because it has Royal Palace visit (as I have looked, most of the tours don't have it) - Qasr Al Watan is so worth the visit! It was our favourite part of the trip!

Although this tour is a full-day, you only get to see three things. The Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque, Presidential Palace and Etihad Towers. Your admission ticket is included in your tour price to the Presidential Palace and Etihad Towers so there's good value, but you will not see the Louvre as there's no time. Our guide was excellent and explained everything in detail. He was also able to answer any questions. The one "complaint" I have is the buffet they bring you to for lunch. This buffet is optional and the company is very transparent e.g. you pay 60 dirhams and the company gets a kickback of 15 dirhams. If you don't want the buffet you get dropped off at the marina mall for lunch of your choice. I feel like there's some wasted time here and it would be better to just let everyone get their own lunch at the mall.

This was a great tour we were picked up promptly with good communication through out . Our guide was Osama he was funny and had a lot of information. It was a hot day we had plenty of cold water the abaya dress supplied was clean and easy to wear. The Mosque was stunningly beautiful a must to see I was worried about the heat in the abaya and scarf but it was not unbearable as you walk through underground section with AC at first. The palace again stunning and opulently beautiful . We went to the top of Etihad towers amazing view. We had a traditional lunch at a local cafe it was good. Osama made the long drive fun about 90 minutes pointing out interesting things informing us of the culture. We had a great day thank you.
