Great fun, our driver was excellent, picked up at hotel, then trip out to the desert for an brilliant experience driving over the sand dunes, you also had the chance to drive 4x4 or quads at charge. Then off to bbq area with reasonable food and show, definitely recommend

Great Sand dune safari

The driver was very friendly, made our journey and sand dune safari more enjoyable. After reaching dune area, we paid 250dhs for quad biking, It was a lot. Probably, not worth trying the quad biking. We enjoyed the quad bike but felt it was way overpriced. For belly dance and other dance, Was fine, Food was Ok, Nothing great! Overall was a 3+1/2 star for me. Camel ride is just a 50mtr ride but was fun to click pictures. Best part, Sand Dune safari! Will do it again!

There were a few things I liked with this trip, i just felt that at the camps they are trying to up sell you everything from VIP seats to henna. We paid 50 DR for VIP all drinks and food were brought to the table, other wise you have to line up and wait. The camel ride dont do it for the sake of the poor camels. The walk seriously is only 1 min in a circle the poor camel in a space of 30 mins got up and down so often and hit it was so sad to see. You also have to fight the uneducated tourists who thought this animal abuse was okay. My favorite was the sand dunes, they also take you to a spot for quad bikes 150 DR each prior, however good value each ride was about 30 mins. They have a belly dancer and a few other acts.

It was an excellent guided tour. It began with the pickup from the hotel and then we picked up other members from their hotel. We went for desert Safari and then went to the camp which is located half an hour from their, to enjoy dinner and tambura dance

Very sad experience

The camels were living in terrible conditions and for the camel ride itself, there were about 300 guests all with a free camel ride. There were 4 camels total doing all the rides. They were tied together so 2 camels was a team and the other 2 were a team. The camels had to lay down while 2 guests got on them. When the camels stood, they cried and walked in a very small circle only to have to lay down again and load up more people and stand again. It was really sad.

If you are looking to have an authentic Arabian experience, this is the thing to do! We were picked up timely at our hotel, and had an awesome time. Our tour guide was excellent, we had lots of fun in the desert, and took amazing photos. The dinner at the camp was also a very nice experience. Highly recommended.

Lack of courtesy

These people offered Hotel pick up they never showed. I waited about an hour and a half I had the hotel called them numerous times. They wasn't answering their phones they were also sending it to voicemail at one point when we were trying to reach them. If this was my first time dealing with Viator I wouldn't book with them any more however seeing that I have booked with them numerous of times in the past and never had a problem I would treat this as an isolated incident.

The tourist company was timeous and the actual sand bashing was awesome. The iternary includes sand boarding although this was not offered. The BBQ was much to be desired and I feel that smaller groups would work much better.

Fantastic desert safari

Jeep ride with fantastic driver was one of the best things during our visit to Dubai, while camel riding was very disappointing (it lasted less than a minute per person). Dinner and animation things at the end of the trip were fine.
