  • Tour begins at the Irish Whiskey Museum, however passengers can hop on to the tour at any bus stop along the route.

The bus never showed up no matter where we waited. It ruined our day in Dublin. Your service should not work with companies that require 24 hour cancellation for refund. We were unable to recoup any of our 85 dollar fee and we ended up having to grab taxis which required cash that we didn’t have. It truly was a horrible experience because of this bus issue. We were told twice that that bus never shows up and it’s atleast an hour between routes. Who has an hour to stand and wait while on holiday and wanting to take in a city???? Multiple times!! Truly disappointed and sad because we purchased tickets to EpIC museum and were not able to attend due to waiting half the day for a bus that never came.

The most memorable thing about this experience was that after searching for the ticket redemption office and being told that it wasn’t the right one and then walking another few miles searching, only to discover that the first one was the right one but that City Sightseeing buses were only running on weekends due to CCCCOOVID. I had booked the bus online in May for the 20th of July and even received reminders online. The level of my anger cannot be described. Not only that but the clerk in the ticket office was more concerned about my lack of mask than in trying to help me. A true mask Nazi.

This tour was a bit lacking compared to other city tours we have done. First of all, the headphones did not work properly and the guide was nearly impossible to understand. This was the case on all three buses that we rode. Perhaps that is the reason that we did not enjoy the content of the tour as much either.

there route did have many stops in the northern of Dublin it was missed the Glasnavin cemetery. ifi h ad my time back i would not buy this tours as my daughter first time to Ireland she thought it was boring

Great fun on the Hop on Hop off bus tour. I love to get the general sites of the city and then return to the ones I want to spend more time. It was a little rainy, but we still sat up on the top! The commentator was great!

Pass on this one! They said our tickets we purchased through Viator were fakes. We had a lot of difficulty with them and there were minimal busses. Please they didnt pick us up at the last stop so we ended up walking. We canceled our 2nd day with them. Go on the GREEN BUS or the Big D Bus! Seem to be cheaper in the square where they park as well. Catch one there!

We had a great trip around the city after finding the correct sightseeing bus. I had bought the tickets week's in advance, not knowing that there was a marathon going through Dublin that day. Unfortunately, we did not receive any communication about that from the company in advance. Once we were on the bus, the guide was knowledgeable and had a good sense of humor. Learned alot about Dublin and was able to see different parts of the city. Was concerned about hopping off since we were not sure when the next bus may come.

Buses didn’t run as often as we would have liked compared to others available which meant we didn’t use it very much as we would have not got to places in time we booked for, was very strong smelling of fume at the back on the bus.
