Not as good as other city tours we have done
, Nov 2019
This tour was a bit lacking compared to other city tours we have done. First of all, the headphones did not work properly and the guide was nearly impossible to understand. This was the case on all three buses that we rode. Perhaps that is the reason that we did not enjoy the content of the tour as much either.
not too many stops

Always do the Hop on Hop off in every city!

Great fun on the Hop on Hop off bus tour. I love to get the general sites of the city and then return to the ones I want to spend more time. It was a little rainy, but we still sat up on the top! The commentator was great!

Pass on this one! They said our tickets we purchased through Viator were fakes. We had a lot of difficulty with them and there were minimal busses. Please they didnt pick us up at the last stop so we ended up walking. We canceled our 2nd day with them. Go on the GREEN BUS or the Big D Bus! Seem to be cheaper in the square where they park as well. Catch one there!

We had a great trip around the city after finding the correct sightseeing bus. I had bought the tickets week's in advance, not knowing that there was a marathon going through Dublin that day. Unfortunately, we did not receive any communication about that from the company in advance. Once we were on the bus, the guide was knowledgeable and had a good sense of humor. Learned alot about Dublin and was able to see different parts of the city. Was concerned about hopping off since we were not sure when the next bus may come.

Buses didn’t run as often as we would have liked compared to others available which meant we didn’t use it very much as we would have not got to places in time we booked for, was very strong smelling of fume at the back on the bus.

This activity is good idea to make easy the distance between all the tourist attractions, but it isn't the best choice if you want to know the highlights of the city and enjoy the journey, it's almost impossible.

I was very disappointed with this tour this year! Last year my Dublin Tour was excellent! The really good part was the stop at St. Patrick's Cathedral. The rest was a "drive" around the city!
Worst ever

Waited at the spot for pickup for almost an hour, no busses. Ended up having to buy new tickets from another bus line to see the city.
Pay Attention to the Map
, Sep 2019
Ensure that you pay attention to the map and which stop is approaching. The audio track does not always sync up with the appropriate stop and the sidewalk signs are not marked with the stop number. The driver(s) do not stop at each individual stop, so advance notice will need to be given. This is a good way to see the sites that are outside the central city, but everything is still within talking distance.
