    Giant's Causeway
After a 45 minute lunch stop at a wonderful coastal cafe we arrive at the Giants Causeway at 2.30pm. Set off on the trail to the "Giant's Boot" apparently lost by Finn just over 2 metres large. Can it get any more magical? Take a seat in the famous "Wishing Chair." A must experience, the "Wishing Chair" is a natural throne formed of perfectly shaped columns of basaltic lava. Now the "Camel" the only steed capable of carrying Finn home across long distances. The Camel a basaltic dyke formed from cooling lava which has pushed its way through other layers of rock. The Clifftop Trail is a bird's eye view of the Giant's Causeway, a unique way to see the World Heritage Site and explore the stunning north coast of Ireland over to Scotland. The Causeway has trails for all ages. There is also a free train up and down from the centre to the coast.

Sydney was an amazing driver and Conor kept the trip very interesting with his exotic sense of humour, I would do another tour with them in future.

I would recommend the experience. But our tour guide Colette was completely offensive. Politically incorrect. She totally trashed the English. She was so jaded. Not balanced on a historical basis, but clearly had a hate and I mean hate for the English. She has no business being a tour guide, especially visiting Belfast and Northern Ireland. I loved what I was seeing on the tour. Totally offended by the tour guide. Furthermore, there was a young gentleman on the bus that had notified her that he left his passport and money and could we please let him off. She was completely insensitive and forced him off the bus in an area that wasn’t near our departure spot. She should be fired immediately.

Hello, I'll have our head guide take your content and conduct a review. It's definitely a new insight on the tour content delivered by Colette, a response we have not received before. The opinion of one person whom I dont know and how balanced a political ideology (perspective) you hold is not a reason to act on your demandd "she should be fired immediately" In Ireland employment law is very strict and you cant fire a person without due dilligence. If Collette is detailing the historical facts correctly and in an honest professional manner then she has no case to answer. It is not uncommon to find that sometimes some people take insult when the facts are told as they hold a different preception one recently coined "alternative facts" We pride ourselves as operating a professional outfit that always seeks to please and never intends to insult. The nature of the politics in the north of Ireland is such that its the only place in the western world that still experiences the types of division that were more common in the world 150 plus years ago. Thankfully in the last 15 years there peace and the two communities are developing closer ties. The extremes on both sides are becoming more marginalised. As to the man who left his belongings behind and wanted to get off the coach. Your comment is exagerated due to your ill feeling towrads Co/lete. We can not turn the coach around after proceeding 30 minutes down the road. The man would have been dropped off at a suitable location determined by both the guide and driver. After all, they are the only people on the coach to make that judgement as you and everyone else on the coach would have been completely new to the area. Regards John

The bus trip was great the problem was the tour guide. To say anti British would be a understatement. My husband and I were the only British people on it . We were with our American friends and they were disgusted with her commentary . For instance the English flag is know to her family as the Butchers Apron. This went on for the whole tour . Got to the Castle we had 10 minutes. We were rushed the whole day as we left left . Then there was a bathroom break on the way back . We were told 10 minutes no hot food or drink. The tour guide Collette got herself a coffee and gave herself 15 minutes while we waited for her. Wow . The trip started by her being extremely rude to a Spanish tourist who had left his bag at the bus stop with his passport and money .

The tour was incredible! Sean really went above and beyond to make sure that everyone on the trip was doing well. He was also very accommodating and had tons of knowledge to share! Sidney was an excellent driver and made the ride very smooth and comfortable. The Titanic museum was amazing! It was fascinating to see how the Titanic was built! Dunluce Castle was beautiful and has some incredible views of the Irish Sea. Finally, Giants Causeway was an experience unlike any other! Would definitely go on this tour again!

    Poorly organized tour

First of all, we hardly got a seat on the bus, it was totally packed. The first stop in Belfast is at a mall and you only have 25 min to have breakfast and go to the bathroom with long lines that it is almost impossible to do it on time. The taxi cab experience was good, the local guides are friendly and share their own experiences which makes it interesting. At Giant Causeway, you only have a couple of hours to see it and have something to eat. It takes a long walk to get there, so not enough time for both things. The tour in general is very rushed and it would’ve been nice to have more time. Giant Causeway scenery is amazing and definitely worth going.
icon Response from Host , Jun 2022
Dear Reviewer, The time allocated to the Giants Causeway is 2 hours 15 minutes, longest alocation of time of any operator. The taxi tour is 1 hour 45 mins and the Titanic Experience is 2 hours. The 25 minutes at a mall is to facilitate a toilet break ONLY prior to taking the Taxi Tour. reason for comfort after the ride to Belfast from Dublin. It is not a breakfast stop but more a coffee break. Unforthately we cant help with the coastal walk down to the basalt coloums. The day tour is long but the tour is well stratgised. It was afterall reviewed as the 2nd Best Cultural Experience in the World 2020 on TripAdviors Travellers Choice Reviews. Thats the opinion of thousands of travellers. Regards John

    Perfect Day

It was a great day out to Northern Ireland with Dave and Larry. We even were fortunate enough to get an extra brief stop to see the beautiful Scotland coastline since the horizon was so clear. The tour was entertaining and educational. I just wish there were more hours in a day so we could have done both the black cab tour and the titanic experience. A point of clarification, the rope bridge is only open to those arriving in private cars and not to tour buses, so that is not an option on this tour.

Highly recommend this trip. It took the stress out of driving from Dublin to Belfast after we had taken a long haul flight from Orlando, FL the day prior. The tour guides Kim and Owen were fantastic! I went with my mother in law, husband and 9 year old son.

We really enjoyed our trip to Northern Ireland. It was so beautiful at the Giants Causeway. The trip to Belfast was fascinating. Our tour guide, Kevin, was very knowledgeable about the history or Ireland and Northern Ireland, and very helpful. We only wish we had more time to explore Belfast. The trip to the castle ruins was amazing as well!

Wouldn’t recommend the tour if I’m honest

Definitely go to the Giants Causeway and see the beautiful scenery for sure, But Make your own way if you can. Didn’t get to the Dunluce castle that was listed But it was just longgg and a bit repetitive with the digs depending on where your from that gets boring and it separates you off from everyone else. The Driver was great however made us feel very safe and was helpful.
icon Response from Host , May 2022
Hello Paige, Apart from the comment on Dunluce Castle I'm struggling to respond as I have little understanding of what you are saying. What digs ae you referring to? I'd appreciate if you would contact me so I can review. Reference to the Castle. The last 3 Monday's the management at Dunluce Castle have closed access due to staff shortages. We emailed all clients booked for the Monday tour to advise. We offered a refund or a reschedule. We are doing our best to manage a very frustrating situation which we have been assured will be very temporary and rather than the 6 days it will be 7 days open again. Thank you for the praise of our driver. Regards John

We had the best tour guide and driver going to Belfast and the giants Causeway. Shoutout to Dave, Joe and Kevin! They went out of their way to track down and get my moms phone back to her after she left it behind at a stop. Super nice guys! And very informative tour, knew a lot about the country. It was so fun to listen to Dave during the course of the day. Would definitely go on another tour with them in the future.
