I've always used viator but it's a special kind of greed to sell a ticket when it's free admission AND ticket is supposed to include the palace which was closed.

Dear customer, the ticket purchased was not free, we still keep the receipt of the payment made to guarantee the booking of the scheduled time, as required by our service. Furthermore, the building (probably Palazzo Pitti) that you thought was included in the ticket is not part of the complex relating to the Boboli Gardens. The ticket for the Palace must be purchased separately and was not included in the package you had purchased. As you can clearly see from your booking, the ticket only included the Boboli Gardens, in fact the title of the package offered is BOBOLI GARDEN SKIP THE LINE TICKET. Please be careful next time, before leaving a review with a star. Thanks and Best Regards
