The price charged for this experience was way too high, the actual costs of the museum if purchased on the day is 8 euros, which is reasonable for how small the museum is and the amount of time you could actually spend there. Being charged £22 per ticket for fast passes is awful considering you still have to queue for security and the amount of time spent in the museum.

Terrible experience. We paid an excessive price (3 times the price of the ticket sold inside the museum) in order to « skip the line ». But when we arrived to the agency to get our printed ticket first they didn’t gave us one and told us we had to do the queue (they pretended it was a queue induced by covid restriction which was a lie it was actually not the skip the line queue!) . We waited for 45mn and upon arrival we couldn’t get inside because the agency didn’t gave us the printed ticket. So we had to go back to the agency to then receive a ticket where it was stamped « 8euros ticket ». Absolutely scandalous avoid at all costs! We deserve to reimburse for the time lost.

Loved the museum, but the skip the lines pass was not needed on our day. We skipped roughly a 5 minute line. I would walk-by to see what the crowds are like the day before to gauge if this is worth it for you.

The entry to this museum is about $19 (AUD) and we paid $40 each to 'skip the line'. All that meant was that we entered through a different door then joined the other queue at the security point. This was definitely not worth the $80 we spent.

Slow for merely a ticket pickup

Just a ticket pickup. Service was slow. Had to wait around 15minutes for the person holding the tickets to return to the office for pickup. Location is just across the museum.
