Our tour guide, Caterina, was very knowledgeable about everything she showed us. She took time to ask us about our interests and customized our tour to show us things most tours would skip.

Dear Peter, I am very sorry you were disappointed, but happy you appreciated my tour, explanations, and knowledge. We are doing our best given the circumstances, to offer great group experiences even when we don't reach the minimum number of participants, which in this tour is usually 3 persons. Actually we didn't spend half of the time but rather 2 hours instead of 3 and we agreed about that ahead of time when we met, since you were just one participant so below the minimum number of participants required for the tour to start. That was a compromise in order not to cancel the tour and still offering a great experience and you told me you appreciated it, still better to have the tour canceled. Moreover, given the total absence of crowds and lines of this period the tour is much smoother and faster than normal so in 2 hours we covered all the itinerary and all the places mentioned, including the Accademia museum where we got in without waiting a second. Thank you so much for appreciating the quality of the tour!
Florence on our schedule.

The tour was exactly what we were expecting and we hit all the highlights. The private tour option made it flexible. The lady that assisted me with the booking over the phone went above and beyond to make sure we got the right tour at the right time.
Very enjoyable

Thank you a lot to Laura, who was a wonderful guide for our first visit in Florence. In just 3 hours she managed to tell us a lot about the city, the political interests at stake at the times of the Medicis, and above all the incredible richness of its culture. And this with great knowledge and an obvious love for her city.

Excellent value

Our guide was extremely knowledgeable and personable. We learned a lot of history and had as much time as we wanted the admire Michelangelo's David. Best of all, though, were the headsets so that everyone was able hear the guide clearly, even when her back was turned our we were walking. I wish I could remember her name to give her personal credit. Am ashamed to say I do not. It was well worth the price.
