Very well orchestrated and the entertainment was great. Left the dock right at 6p and got back at 10pm. Never felt rushed and the staff did a great job commentating and keeping things moving along nicely.. Food, boat ride and entertainment was great! Highly recommend. Some beautiful sites to see and great way to spend the evening.

Poor Experience

We used Viator for a previous experience, and expected the same great service. We booked this trip and received confirmation. Two hours later, we received a message that this was overbooked and we could not go. I immediately called the provider, who confirmed there was no room and I'd have to obtain a refund from Viator. I then messaged Viator and received no response. I am in the middle of disputing the charge and awaiting a refund, 9 days after the event.

Very enjoyable, for and service was very good. The entertainment during dinner was very good. The entertainment after dinner, the Tina Turner act was very good, the Hawaii dancers and fire handler were very good. The magician and comedian were beyond terrible, I hope they have day jobs to support themselves
