No need to leave a one-star review because of the weather. It's extremely unfair that you would leave a one-star review when you never even took the tour by your own admission. Earlier in the day , yesterday we reached out to you to ask if you'd like a refund or to reschedule because of the threat and 90% chance of severe weather.. No response. Second we have no way of refunding your money. We did not charge you . we don't have any of your financial information because You bought your tickets through tripadvisor, Not directly from us. How would we know where to refund the money to when we don't have any of your financial information? Third if you were having difficulty with TripAdvisor shouldn't this one star review be left on tripadvisors website rather than ours.?All you have to do is call or return our call and we would have spoke with TripAdvisor to make sure you got a refund. Some people reading this may ask why we didn't we automatically do a refund or ask TripAdvisor to issue a refund because of the weather. Lots of people like to reschedule. Other people still like to show up to chance that the weather abates so we had no idea what you were going to do. Even though it was pouring down rain we still had tour guides in the location to make sure no one felt abandoned. I might point out at this point you didn't have the courtesy to cancel your tour even though we reached out to you for a decision. So that meant a tour guide was there waiting for you in the rain. We also have no idea what efforts you made with TripAdvisor to get a refund for the money you spent with them.. not us Since you bought your ticket from TripAdvisor don't you think it would have been smart to call tripadvisor and ask for a refund. I've now done that on your behalf. Hope to see you next time when the weather's better and you actually take the tour before you leave such a negative review. Matter of fact it would probably be best that you choose another touring company since since you have decided to proceed in such a cavalier manner which absolutely makes no sense
