The crew were pleasant and helpful. We had a nice chat with a fellow passenger. The commentary was interesting but I would have preferred a little more historical information and perhaps pointing out the direction in which we were sailing to help get bearings.

Everything about our experience was positive. For example, it left the dock on time. The trip covered a large area of the outer harbor. The narrator was articulate and knowledgeable. He walked around answering individual questions when not on the PA system.

It was one of the highlights of our vacation. It was a short trip though about 90 minutes. The staff were super explaining the history of the harbor. We would have loved to have taken a longer too as the weather was amazing that day and the wind from the sails made an extra special escape from reality for a little period of time.

The crew was wonderful!! They did a great job of making everyone feel comfortable and highly entertained as well as very informative. Won't give anything away as you'll have to take the cruise and find out for yourself. The scenery is wonderful. Great opportunity for some amazing pics. Loved it!!

Very nice cruise. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable of the surroundings. The deck is open with lots of space to walk around.There is a bar with seating. I didn't go below deck. I recommend this cruise.

My husband, son, and I took the 1.5 hour cruise at the beginning of August, and it was not only interesting but educational. The crew was courteous, the ship was beautiful, my husband helped hoist the sails. A crew member provided stories about Halifax and its naval history, and answered questions. The pub inside offered drinks and they pulled out blankets for anyone who didn't dress warm enough. East coast music played when there wasn't anyone discussing history. Overall, a great experience and something I would recommend.

The tall ship was beautiful. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The cruise itself was nothing impressive. Went out and went in a circle and back. The restaurant affiliated with the ship Murphys was horrible. 2 finerling potatoes a third of a piece of corn plain salad. The only thing hot was the Lobster. Not worth the money. Left hungry.

The sightseeing was lovely, but the tour description states that the crew gives history and other commentary which did not happen on our trip - which was disappointing. We were given a half-hearted spiel on where the life jackets and boats were to be found in case of emergency and that the bar was open. The best part, other than the sightseeing, was the crew allowed guests to help raise the sails. Otherwise, I felt like we were more of a bother to the crew and that they would rather be elsewhere maybe because it was the 4:30 cruise and we were a small group.
