Our tour guide will meet guests inside the Starbucks location (914 Dallas Street, Houston, TX 77002) approximately 5 minutes prior to the scheduled start time. There is meter parking along Louisiana St and Milam St. and a Private Parking Garage located on 1110 Travis Street.*

We will ending our tour at the historic Rice Lofts! This is 5 blocks from where our initial meeting spot is located, and it is close by to all major parking garages.

This tour is very varied and Vanessa is a lively and knowledgeable guide. You get some sense of the scale of the massive tunnel network under the city but also get to see some amazing interiors of historic skyscrapers and modern classic architecture. There are quirky lifts and it's interesting to see the city's flood defences and damage caused in recent flooding. Vanessa takes and sends you some great photos of the group. And most of the tour is literally cool! Loved it.

Vanessa was wonderful. Tons of knowledge and very fun! If anyone is concerned whether or not these kinds of tours are legit, no need to worry about this one. It was impressive how Vanessa knew every building's security guards, building managers, shop owners, etc... throughout the tour. You know you are in good hands when the people who run things greet her warmly everywhere you go!

We had a great time. Vanessa was very knowledgeable about Houston and the tunnels. We learned a lot and it was entertaining. She really went over and above expectations. She knew everyone's name and followed up after the tour by sending the pictures she snapped and text with tips on what other things to do in Houston. Be sure to pay attention, she talks fast.
