Making memories, unforgettable amazing tour.

The whole trip was amazing from start to finish. Tania and Alexander at SoloEast are the best at getting everyone around and their knowledge of the area gives a whole extra something to the tour, it was unforgettable and highly recommend.

Our tour guide was very friendly, funny and went out of our way to make us feel special [sadly I can't remember her name], and our driver [Sergei] was very good. Both the Soviet missile interceptor and the Chernobyl sites were fascinating, and our guide even took us to see some newborn puppies living in the area. The day was very long though. I'm not sure we needed to spend quiet as much time looking around the abandoned town. Overall, an excellent tour in a comfortable minibus.

Can't miss a visit to Chernobyl while in Ukraine. We got to see Reactor 4 from outside, the amusement park and kindergarten in Pripyat, and a large Soviet missile warning radar. Make sure you ask your guide for a Geiger counter in advance. Olga was a great guide!

Me and my wife had an amazing day with Tania and Alex, they were both so amazing and provided us with great information regarding past, present and future of the exclusion zone. Tania was always helpful providing us with photos possible routes for the tour . I highly recommend this operator. They were very aligned with my expectations. The tour group was in a minibus with a good size number of people!

Great tour experience

Constantine was a great and funny tour guide. Very professional but approachable and friendly. Alexander was a safe driver. Learned a lot about Chernobyl and Pripyat. One of the few tour experiences I would consider doing again and going back to exclusion zone for another visit. The tour maybe accommodates ~16 but with only 8 in our group, it felt intimate and we were able to see more sites. Visiting in winter, while cold, avoids crowds and you have to wear long sleeves anyways, even if you visit in warmer weather. If you’re an animal lover, please consider buying dog food in Kyiv and bringing some for the strays, especially in Pripyat, where they have less human interaction.

Dear Joseph, thank you very much for such a detailed review, especially for care about our "small friends", asking to bring food for the Prypiat stray dogs 🐕. Best wishes and waiting for you in a two-days trip in the New Year!🤗 Definitely, it's worth doing!🎁🎄
