Great communication as we struggled to find pickup point they phoned us and directed us - great English. Transport was air conditioned and comfortable. Could leave belongings safely in bus while on tour to save carrying. Option of getting taken back to the main square once your was over.

Great tour, but don't book on Viator
Didzis
, Mar 2020
We really enjoyed the tour - it's informative and well organized. We were part of a small group (<10ppl), guides were helpful and knowledgeable. Do not book this tour on Viator, without checking the provider's website - they often have steep discounts (e.g. 50% or more), for the same tour. I'm leaving out a star, as the direct purchase discounts are set up in a way that don't allow to use the Viator's "best price guaranteed" offer. While the tour experience was great, the pricing discrepancy gives a bitter taste.

Moving and informative

An informative and moving visit to Auschwitz. The guide was very knowledgable and communicated well. She was very aware and sensitive of the diversity in the group that impacted on mobility, Only negative was that doing the tour felt like we missed out on some exhibits, due to the time constraints.

There are loads of trips to Auschwitz to choose from. Our tour guide was fantastic and this trip included travel to and from and Auschwitz and Birkenau. We felt very looked after and included everything you would expect, tour guide's knowledge was exceptional.

The trip was planned well but alot of walking involved so thank god the weather was good... The talking guide was a little boring at times but having headphones so we could hear her was a great idea so we didn't miss any information given. Great trip overall. Its worth doing.
