  • Youth tickets discount is only with valid student ID card, in the day of the tour. Please ensure to take student ID card with you, otherwise you will need to pay an extra fee for an adult ticket
  • Free tickets for an tour with individual entrance, are available to collect at the day of the visit, only at the official museum ticket office. Every participant collects a ticket personally. Tickets are per name, to receive ticket it is mandatory to have any document or ID. Tour operator always try to help all participants to collect tickets for the individual entrance for themselves, but do not provide tickets by itself. On tour with the guide, tickets and guide service are included in the price.
  • Please note that the maximum size of bags and backpacks allowed on the museum grounds is 30 x 20 x 10 centimeters (roughly 12 x 8 x 4 inches). You can always leave your belongings inside the vehicle, or in the luguage store in Auschwitz.
  • Regarding Terms of Use at the Auschwitz & Birkenau Museum, it is mandatory to provide full names of all participants of the tour.
  • Before start we measure the temperature of every participant
  • We may refuse to attend on the tour for customers having temperature over 37.5°C (99.5°F)
  • Most travelers can participate

This visit is must if you visit Kraków. Joanna, our tour guide had a wealth of knowledge and spoke excellent English. The tour was so relaxed and you get to see every aspect of both the camps. You wear a personal headset so don’t miss out on any facts that Joanna tells the group as you walk around the camps. Nothing was to much trouble for Joanna who answered every question asked of her by our group. Pick up and drop off was by luxury coach with plenty of places around Kraków centre to board the trip. Highly recommend you book this experience.
