Choose from three different pre-planned menus and master the basics of meal preparation, with insider tips that you can use back home. Top off hands-on lessons with a hearty lunch, cooked from scratch during the class. Workshops end with a behind-the-scenes tour of 400-year-old Nishiki Market.
