Never been to DR or used this company but I was very pleased. The driver was on time every time I used this service. The vans were new and clean and the drivers were very pleasant. Definitely would recommend!

We booked a shuttle to and from the airport to our hotel and everything was perfect and on time. Both drivers were very nice and professional. Even though we booked a shared shuttle we had the van to ourselves both ways. Would absolutely book again if needed.

The transfer was good, the driver on time, but I find the booking process very strenuous. The booking confirmation from Viator does not state the pickup address which already makes you feel uneasy. Then you receive an email asking for all the information you already gave when booking, again. On top of that you are asked to re-confirm your pickup address with Nexus 24 hours before the actual pickup. When you do that via email you have to explicitly ask for an information at what time the Nexus driver will arrive to pick you up. So you are ending up feeling nervous from the moment you book with Viator until the Nexus representative actually shows up (it has happened to a friend that no one showed up and he almost missed his flight). All in all it is so much trouble with confirming, re-confirming, still not trusting that in the end somebody will show up that next time I might just grab a taxi. Saving 10 Dollars is not worth the hustle.

They didn't pick me up. Pick up was confirmed bei "confirmed booking confirmation". Called them by phone, they holding me in the waiting line for long time and were unable to find my booking. I organized the transport by public taxi on my own expense.

The Viator service for airport pick-up has been great and very easy to use. My only fault is that they have to pick me up so early before my flight leaves. It makes for a long time waiting at the airport.

Your subcontractor Nexus...Driver lord and said he came to pick me up and never didn't which cause me to miss my flight in Puerto Plata....and I got no refund...
