From communication through email to pick up in real life, Raffaelle was a true professional and runs an amazing small business. Raffaelle is an amazing tour guide. He picked up our crazy family of 5 (two kids, two parents and 1 Oma) from The airport in Rome and brought us to our Airbnb in the port town of Civitavecchia. He was waiting for us off the plane, helped us find our Airbnb, spoke to the lady on our behalf and Was a delight during the car ride. He then picked us up (now 8 of us) from the cruise terminal And gave us an all day tour of RoMe. I mean we saw EVERYTHING in a day. He knows how to do it with grace and style and even some time for pizza and gelato. He was a true gem and we feel fortunate to have found him. If you’re headed to Rome, look no further!
We booked via the website and Raffaele was waiting for us once we go off our cruise. He took us all over Rome and even had some great recommendations for me to buy shoes! My parents, especially my dad, have a hard time getting around, so he was able to help them get in and out of his van easily. The van was extremely comfortable and his knowledge of the city and history was impressive. He was on time and got us to the airport the next day with time to spare. I wish we had more time in Rome to explore but his tour really gave us a fabulous overview of the city. I would highly recommended My Cab in Rome!
