Pros: Antelope Canyon is beautiful/amazing Our Navajo guide Naomi was great/informative Bus was relatively comfortable Driver was friendly Bus was prompt for pick up. Cons: Tour stats horseshoe Canyon is 1 hour and 30 minutes. We were given 40 minutes!!!! It's at least a 15 min hike down moving quickly so that's 10nmins to acctully see the canyon! After leaving at 6am. We did not eat "lunch" until 5pm and it was not included. No one let anyone know this was the plan so we didn't know to buy/bring food at the last rest stop at 10:30am or so. Luckily I had brought some snacks. Drive is very long in a packed bus. Expect to spend most of the day driving with only about 2-3 hours of sight seeing. Then they cut our sight seeing time short which was so frustrating! Do not expect a tour aside from antelope canyon, the driver drives and that is all. Overall I was very happy with the locations we visted as they were absolutely beautiful. I would not do this as a 1 day tour again as it's too far. I would likely look at other companies in the future.

The drive to Page Az from Las Vegas strip was long as expected, our transport vehicle was a Mercedes van . Our driver was Mr. Rami who was very considerate on our bathroom needs. Our guided tour inside the Antelope Canyon was spectacular! The tour guide helped us how to get beautiful pictures. This is our second Viator tour, the first one was in Washington Dc Very grateful to Viator to remind us of our tour few days and a day before the tour.

    Customer service is lacking

Unfortunately I overslept and missed the tour. I didn't wake up until the driver called looking for me and there was no way I could have gotten there in time. I'm not blaming anyone else for me missing the tour because I should have checked my phone volume and set multiple alarms. However, I am disappointed that after speaking with a dispatcher, who was very cold and uncaring, at National Parks Express to see if I could move the tour to the next day that I was told there was no space available. After that call, I checked their website and the same tour was still showing as available on their website for the next day, so I called back and asked about availability and was told again there was no space. It sounded like the same dispatcher I spoke to earlier and I couldn't help but feel she wasn't trying to accommodate me, or they need to keep their website updated. It was one or the other. I also asked for a callback from a manager and still haven't received a call and it has been six days since then. I will not use this company again because the customer service is lacking. I was able to book the tour with another company so thankfully I didn't miss out on these beautiful sites while in Vegas for a limited time.

This excursion had the best photo opportunities of our trip. It was a long day, but our tour guide Wayne was very organized and on time. He was knowledgeable of nevada and arizona and was nice enough to take us to the glenndale dam on the way back. The antelope canyon provided a tour guide to take a small group through while taking our pictures and explaining the wonders of the canyon. Both tour guides were excellent and made the experience fun.

Tour guide sets amount of tip & comes to collect tbe mon

The Antelope Canyon was spectacular....stunning colors & rocks formations....well worth the 8 hour bus ride. HOWEVER the guide is why I won't rate this a 5/5....this is the 1ST tour that I have ever been on where the guide (Freddy) said what the tip should be & then CAME DOWN the bus aisle to COLLECT the money. I would have tipped in any case but being pressured to do so was extremely insulting & intrusive. I paid because I didn't want a confrontation to ruin an otherwise good experience. I don't know if GO123 endorses this demanding & begging behaviour from their guides....if not, train your guides better. If this is standard practice, shame on you. Word of mouth is powerful & I will recommend to anyone I know, who is considering this tour, to go with another company

We are very pleased to hear of your excellent visit, but sorry to hear of the frustration with the tips. This is unusual and we will look into this to make sure it doesn't happen in the future. We value your feedback.

The tour was pretty good. It started and ended on time. The tour guide was below average. The tour was Guided in both English and mandarin , although I felt it was more of mandarin. The tour bus was good but did not have seat belts working. When asked the tour coordinator he replied asking me to change the seat. I then realized there are many other seats with the seat belt issue. Overall it was decent.
