Our tour guide was great. Except wasn’t really signing up to go look at the outside of the new raiders stadium for 40 minutes of the tour.😞 also the comments from our tour guide we’re a little upsetting just for the fact that he thinks Covid is a joke.

Yes, our tour guides are great! ☺️ With regard to your concern, we take COVID extremely serious and take the appropriate steps to ensure the safety of our guest, when touring with us. Our buses are sanitized before every tour, guest temperatures are taken, hand sanitizer is made available, and wearing masks is a requirement. AB Tours and our tour guides number one job is safety. In addition, their jobs are to entertain and ensure our guest are enjoying their vacation; laughing, learning, and taking a break from the world. Our tour guides are extremely friendly and approachable and well experienced to handle different scenarios. We looked into this matter with great care and seriousness. After further investigation we cannot confirm such a claim and neither has any guest on the same tour confirmed such a claim about COVID jokes. We also understand, that when a stop doesn’t interest a guest, it can seem like an eternity. Our tour guides have a total of 6 stops during this tour. In order to get through it all, they have to stay on schedule. The Allegiant Stadium stop is only allotted approx 15-20mins. Our main stop, which is the Pawn Stars Shop, is allotted approximately 30-35mins. We take these matters and claims seriously. Therefore, we have briefed our drivers and will continue to use this experience for future training. Our goal is to maximize our guest experience in a positive way and avoid claims that can have a negative impact on a guest experience. Thank you for your time and we look forward to better serving you in the future.
