It was cancelled on the eve of the trip. I took another one, but it was not an adequate compensation for me. I did not enjoy the trip to Oxford, it was too short, same as the Cotswold's. It is Absolutely unreasonable to travel more than four hours to the destination and back to spend an hour in Oxford and half an hour in villages. Pity I went. Sorry for the negative review, but I think that it was my last trip with Viator. Apart from that, it does not seem fair to take an absolutely unknowledgeable trainee and try and explain things to her on a trip with customers. Not a single new fact learnt.

To be clear, the cancellation was nothing to do with Viator – they are the booking agent but Rabbie’s are the tour Operator. It was due to our own staff illness that we had to cancel your tour unexpectedly and we are sorry for that. We offered all our passengers the opportunity to transfer to another tour, another date or to cancel and receive a full refund. You chose to switch to our popular tour from London and we obviously hoped that you would enjoy this and that it would therefore be fair compensation. The tour was good. He showed us basic information. We were able to explore on our own. The tour was primarily for people who appreciate s history and geography. However, it was a very interested in sightseeing. I would recommend this tour when you are in London so that you can learn more about the country side and the wonderful city of bath.

John and James were great, very personable, pointed out looks of insider sites along the way and added so many fun and informative stories along the way. The long drive seemed to take half the time because these guys were so entertaining! They set us up with lunch spots and fun shops with stories behind it all. Highly recommended!
