Arrival transfer from Heathrow to London Hotel

Should have cancelled this when I viewed my card statement I was charged in US Dollars not AUS dollars as shown on the web site or the operator. When we arrived at Heathrow airport for pick up I had received an email requesting a further payment of 40 GB Pounds another alarm bell but too late so had to pay up this now meant our cost effective transfer was way over other quotes,. There was no driver there to pick us up so after a 1 hour wait called the contact number only to be told by operator there was no pickup for us so after my persistence he finally found our booking and said he would contact the driver while I was on hold when he came back on was told driver was held up and would not be there any time soon. (Was not very happy by then with 4 other passengers all looking at me very oddly). After about 30 minutes was called back and told another driver would pick us up. He arrived a couple of minutes latter and was most helpful but concerned our luggage for 5 people would not fit in his vehicle, but with his excellent customer service (Pity the rest of the organisation is as good) I unfortunately lost his name card during our travels so can give his name very sorry for that. With one of our passengers unwell from the long plane ride he was fantastic in helping him into and out of the car and most concerned about him during the ride to our hotel, which we finally arrived at about 2 hours latter than expected. Sorry about the long tirade above but thus was bugging me for the rest of our trip have recently returned home this is my first opportunity to send this review, so please take note of our problems with this carrier.

Driver was right on time. Very professional. Did a great job. Wonderful service for transport from Heathrow.
