We were very happy with this tour! Hotel pickup was slightly late due to traffic but was able to get the tour operator on the phone who explained the situation. After our hotel we made one more hotel stop. The ride to and from WB studio was comfortable in a Mercedes minibus and our driver was accommodating. Would definitely recommend this method of getting tix/transportation if you can’t buy directly from WB. Loved the hotel pickup option as it took the stress out of having to be at a central location at a certain time.

Enjoyed the tour but not the flexibility of the drive

Driver was nice enough and it does say that they drop you off at a different place than the hotel but it was rather inconvenient. It would have been a 20 minute cab ride back to the hotel. We ended up getting an uber from harry potter back to our hotel instead.

Le chauffeur était a l heure et a l endroit précis indiqué par le site. J ai contacté le site pour plusieures questions lors de mon séjour j ai eu des réponses très rapidement ! Je suis ravie je recommande vivement viator. Pour ceux qui n ont pas eu d entrées sur le site officiel Warner Bros c est une très bonne alternative ! Très contente merci encore.
