    Hi Don an apology for the inconvenience in your trip, but answering your comment we consider that this comment does not reflect our service, first the car that you reserved was a VAN and it was the car that was given to you second your car waited for you for more than 1 hour and when the car did not arrive it had to be moved to because you did not arrive at your reserved time but when you arrived late it assign you a vehicle as soon as possible considering that you did not arrive at the time indicated in your reservation and thirdly, the issue of the discount, the price. that you have in this reservation is already a discounted price we cannot apply another discount in prices that are or that already have a discount included We hope to be able to take you in the future to change that opinion since our goal is always to provide the best service.
