It was terrible. We booked hours before needing and it went through and charged me but there was a day of conflict that we were never informed of. We took alternative transportation because We could never verify if the company had our reservation. Please refund immediately.

I paid for this transportation from airport and back to airport 3 week's I'm advance it was a epic fail, I suggest no one to use them they made me wait almost 3 hours and still would not take me to our resort, we had to finally pay private transportation and spend 100.00 a total nightmare 😡

Waited an hour and a half for shuttle pickup at terminal 1. Was told there was no pickup at terminal 1 and had to walk to terminal 2. Waited another 30 minutes for a ride to my hotel.
