The pina coladas saved this experience. We were disappointed we didn’t see more while snorkeling, regardless of a lot of experience swimming we were still asked to wear life vests which makes it impossible to dive and snorkel and we’re asked to turn around as soon as the rife was starting to get visible. They experience is more focused on the party on the boat experience than enjoying the sea life.

We do not question the swimming experience of our clients and the use of a life jacket is an essential requirement in all water activities, this is a requirement of the authorities since we cannot put the lives of our passengers at risk.
Diving is not allowed in this activity for safety reasons, apart from the fact that it is a snorkeling tour.
We are very sorry that you did not enjoy your stay with us due to security issues, we will always put security first over any other element of the activity.

Didn’t see any corals or fish at the snorkeling area ( Chilean Bay). Great service of crew members and decent food. But the snorkeling experience isn’t the greatest. Clean boat

Hello Abby_D, we appreciate your preference and the comments that you send us, it is important to mention and clarify that the only place where we have a coral reef is in Cabo Pulmo, in Chilean Bay there are natural or rocky reefs and there is a great diversity of fish That is why we carry out our snorkeling activity in this area, we invite you to do the activity again with us on your next visit we can offer you a 10% discount on your purchase, if you do it through Viator you must send an email with your Viator confirmation key and we will refund 10% of your purchase for up to 4 passengers.
